Privacy Policy

Europe Beyond Coal is collective campaign made up of a network of non-government organisations across 28 European countries, overseen by a campaign secretariat based in Brussels, Belgium and Berlin, Germany. While we share a logo and an ultimate goal to see an end to the mining and burning of coal with the Sierra Club’s Beyond Coal campaign in the US, we are an independent coalition. This privacy statement applies to information about identifiable individuals (“Personal Information”), regardless of medium, in the custody or control of Europe Beyond Coal and collected by beyond-coal.eu (collectively referred to in this statement as “beyond-coal.eu”). Please note that beyond-coal.eu may revise this Privacy Statement at any time and any changes will apply to all Personal Information held by beyond-coal.eu at the time of the revision.
