We can’t drink money!
The expansion of the Turów mine, which is causing water drain from the Czech territory, is still continuing. The Czech-Polish treaty is useless because it does not address the impacts of mining on the environment and water supplies on the Czech side of the border. Nevertheless, Czechia withdrew the lawsuit before the European Court of Justice. We therefore call on the European Commission to intervene and enforce compliance with European law, including environmental protection. Join the call, sign Greenpeace Czechia’s petition 👇
